We aim to be leaders in developing touch across the Netherlands to be successful now and in the foreseeable future.

To make touch available and accessible to the widest possible audience throughout the Netherlands.

We aim to instil these values across all levels: integrity, discipline, hard work and self-worth.

STRATEGY

Touch Nederland is currently preparing a strategic plan for the years 2019 - 2025 which will outline an approach aimed at driving the sport forward in the Netherlands.  The Board and management team are taking account of the short and long-term goals of the sport in order to support and grow the game through attracting all people to the sport while continuing to strive for success at the elite level with our teams. The plan will provide the framework for Touch Nederland to address the future and ensure that everyone who wants to play the game can.

Touch Nederland will aim to achieve: 

TEAMS - Competitive men’s, women’s, junior and mixed teams for tournaments across Europe, World Cups and Junior Touch Championships

EDUCATION - Development of refereeing and coaching skills across the country to the benefit of the sport

PARTICIPATION – Flexible, inclusive and accessible playing opportunities for everyone

REGULATION & ADMINISTRATION - Trusted regulation, efficient administration and high quality tournaments

VENUES - Securing the current base in Leiden on a long term basis for Team NL
