Touch Netherlands introduces Touch NL Cup & Touch Oranje Series

Touch Nederland is coming up with a new design to give Touch Rugby in the Netherlands a new shine.

A way has been found that creates a platform for players at different levels

and for players that Touch plays at International level.

This will sufficiently stimulate the needs of both sides to facilitate developments

to offer multiple options in Touch Rugby.

Touch Oranje Series

The Touch Oranje Series gives a stage to everyone who would like to spend a day busy

with Touch Rugby to meet new players, but also to learn the ins and outs of the sport.

There is a fun way to play Touch Rugby together with divided teams

with players of different levels and a way to learn the small details oas a Referee learning by Referee coaches who will be present.

In short, this Series is intended to get everyone excited about Touch Rugby whatever your level.

By the way, the first kick-off is already planned for Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Amsterdam Touch

the NRCA at Bok de Korverweg 4 from 12:30 to 15:30.

Touch NL Cup

The Touch NL Cup is a competition set up for the established teams in the Netherlands for the rankings

to play. These rankings are required to participate in International Tournaments

EFT, the European Federation of Touch (Europese Touch Federatie).

The Touch NL Cup is held twice a year and is played according to the FIT rules.

The ranking is determined based on the ranks in the leaderboard with a winner as follows.

This also responds to the players with experience over the years by playing tournaments abroad, but also find the time

that an acceptable level can be achieved closer to home.
